From October 2020 onwards we will be renting a studio-apartment in a quiet area of Sonnenland for long term. The studio is part of a building of only six apartments. It is located in the semi-basement, has been recently reformed and is divided into a bathroom with shower and bedroom-living room-kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, cooker. It is fully furnished, with washing machine, connection to Sat-TV Astra. You have a direct access to a small terrace. There is also the possibility to have internet connection with a supplement of 20€ per month. Costs for water and electricity are included in the price. On the roof of the building there is a second terrace for private use. Two monthly rents are requested as a deposit and one monthly rent of agency fee, in addition to the rent.
